Miriam Rivera in the category of Féminas of Friends and Nuria Riudalbàs in Cadet, were female pilots who took the victory in Bassella Race.
This weekend was raced the sixth edition of the Basella Race with a record of participation, a total of 1232 pilots.
On Sunday, under a terrifying cold, the Basella Race kicked in total 10 females enrolled. Three in Children, Greta Aranda, Alba Riudalbàs and Nuria Riudalbàs, whom victory of females in Cadete was getting an 10th and 16th being the general.
The other seven participants took part in the category of Friends, Lorena barazas, Alexia estate, Paula Castel, Anna Maria Clarena, Elia Gibert, Keep Laia and Miriam Rivera, but only the latter two managed to reach some goal and neither took part in the race, as was the case Elia Gibert, that neck pain and recommendation of doctors, enjoyed the race as a spectator.
The matter was between Miriam and Broad, being the first who would be imposed on the current Enduro Champion de Catalunya by 7 minutes, crossing the finish line 86th. It was his first participation and Catalan already announced that this season we will see in the Enduro Championship of Catalonia and Enduradas.
Miriam Rivera: "There were a lot of track, I expected a more trialero tour, so you could go very fast. Very happy because in practice did not give me anything right and left much better today, It was a good opening and a good start to tackle the season, where we will fight to win ".
Nuria Riudalbàs: "This was my third participation and the first race with the KTM 125cc. I made a good start and I have remained eighth and ninth, until a jump, where and, for lack of strength, I've gone ahead and have lost many positions, without having time to recover. the route I liked though was exhausting. I've had two great rivals, Alba and Greta. Glad to re-engage and enjoy of this race ".
